Staff assured nice rooms. Which was true! The staff is courteous, friendly and accommodating. This stay is within walking distance of Vancouver Mall.

Besides location everything else was bad. TV and fridge didn't work. There wasn't hot water.

had to cancel 45 days prior to the stay the site I booked through charge me one day $250 for canceling I was trying to changed to Vancouver British Columbia. They wouldn’t let me do it so that being said the days in SUCKS.
