"Friendly and clean"

When I arrived the hotel clerk was friendly and explained where everything is. The room is nice and clean and in the morning when I went to have breakfast the cleaning lady asked me if I needed anything for my room. The lady at front desk gave me a list of fine restaurants to eat at and she even had mileage to get there.
