My stay at the Grand Hotel was unplanned, the result of a late night flight cancellation out of DFW. Long story short: I arrived at the hotel about 5:30 in the morning, exhausted. The receptionist was so very kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful, the bed blissfully luxurious, the shower superb. The only downside was having to check out a few hours later to catch a rebooked flight. I would have loved to stay a few days!
