From the moment that we checked in, we felt recognized and welcomed. Every interaction with the front desk, the food and beverage staff, the shuttle driver and housekeeping was pleasant and efficient. The hotel and grounds were well kept and the room was very clean. The spa treatment was exceptional. The location is superb if you want to enjoy excellent shopping and dining opportunities in the immediate area. We will return again soon and highly recommend this property.

This site of Hilton Hotel at Short Pump is my first choice. Stay here frequently. I am handicapped and appreciate the assistance I am given. Try to stay in a handicap room when available.
