Nice hotel in Old Town Scottsdale. Clean, friendly, convenient. Towels are fluffy and beds are comfy. Quiet too. The pool area is cool in a hot day. Breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay in Scottsdale!

The location of the hotel was good. When I booked my stay I was informed that breakfast would be included. The lady at the front desk just said no it's not and the cost. When calling the front desk I had to call several times to speak with someone and asked where the ice machine was. I think it's strange that it's an ice machine on each floor except the 4th floor. I found hair in the freshly folded towels and hair in the shower. Overall good experience.
