"Feels like home"

From the moment we pulled up to the valet until we left, we were welcomed and taken care of like family. Unfortunately, there was limited employees to assist (no bell desk available until after checkout time) but Deborah from security stepped up and handled our needs. Dinner at the Tavern was adequate (pork was very tough) but breakfast was delicious the chicken and waffles was a home run. All facilities were clean with an elevated decor that made us feel pampered.

We enjoyed our stay at the Omni Hotel Richmond Virginia. The hotel was luxurious. The hotel was tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Omni Hotel is located walking distance to great restaurants, canal cruise and canal walk.

"We had a great stay"

When we arrived, they did not have the room that we had booked. The manager was quick to come out and offer us another room and gave us a voucher for breakfast for out trouble. The room was great, bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular. We went down to the restaurant for a drink before dinner and ended up staying longer than we had planned because our server Mac was so sweet, efficient and accommodating. Shout out to Mac!

I made a reservation (non refundable) for a weekend in May. Dates turned out to be incorrect. I called back immediately to correct the dates for the reservation. I was told that I would have to eat the cost of the first reservation (over $800) and they would NOT refund my money or apply it to the new reservation corrected dates (in June). I was already committed to stay at the Omni due to other family considerations. If I can at all avoid it, I will never make a reservation or stay at an Omni property again.
