This has been the best experience I have had in a very long time. The food, staff, atmosphere was absolutely excellent and the best I have seen! I want to commend the staff that took care of us, Lile, Natalie, Emily Megan, Judy, Jorge, Jaime, Ricardo, Kevin, Martin, Ezekiel and Drew. Truly assets to Hyatt and they go above and beyond. I hope to see them all next year! Thank You!

Right across the street from the convention center, this hotel is a perfect place to stay. It is walking distance from many good restaurants and affords a very comfortable stay. While there is no breakfast included it is near Morning Sqeeze where I had one of the best breakfasts ever! I would stay at this hotel again!

Our first time in Phoenix, great centralized location. We went to a concert at PHX Arena, were able to walk there in less than 10 minutes. All staff friendly and helpful.

Most importantly, rooms on floors three 8 are incredibly noisy when a conference is taking place in the atrium. Thankfully, the staff happily moved us to a much quieter higher floor for the duration of our stay after being awoken early by conference noise on our first day. I have stayed in a variety of hotels from two five stars and the bedding were the worst I have ever experienced. It’s like they were going for sandpaper grit count instead of thread count. The sheets were incredibly stiff and rough and would be good for an overnight exfoliating treatment but really lacked the quality I would expect from a Hyatt. Negatives aside, the room was very clean and the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and professional. I’d give them all five star ratings, because they really went the extra mile to address our room noise concern.

Great stay except one thing. DO NOT like having to call maintenance to change room temperature. Should be allowed to control it ourselves. If this doesn’t change, I won’t be staying at this property any more. Which is a shame because we really like staying there.

Green Sustainability

All recyclable items are collected from the public areas, meeting rooms, offices and some Heart of the House areas. Once collected all materials (paper, plastic, cardboard, and now glass) are placed in the large green rolling containers, located in the basement. All recyclable materials can be put in the same receptacle, as this is considered a co-mingled process, and will then be separated at the recycling facility by Waste Management. We have a program to recycle batteries, electronics, paints and cleaning solvents. These items should not be combined with normal trash or recyclables. There are special containers located in the Engineering area, providing a safe environment for these materials. We encourage all associates and guests to recycle any of these items, and have them brought to the Engineering Office.In the Banquet Kitchen, we are currently participating in a food recycle program, sponsored by LA & FS Specialty (a produce company). The program, called Chefs to End Hunger operates in CA, AZ & New Mexico. We order boxes from the company, each box with 3 pans. When our order is dropped the next day, the driver picks up and delivers the leftover food to St. Mary’s Food Alliance and Phoenix Rescue Mission.
