I made reservations several days before my trip. When we arrived at the hotel and I gave them my confirmation number they claimed that they had no rooms available. So we were left outside at 12:30 in the morning. We were never given a room and customer service tried blaming the hotel and the hotel tried blaming customer service. This was a complete joke of service. I paid for the room ahead of time. I'm still waiting for a refund. We had to end up going to a Holiday inn up the street. Which by the way is much nicer as a pool is cleaner and offers breakfast and it's right up the street for just a few dollars more per day. Don't waste your time with these morons.
