The Hampton Inn and suites in Victor/Rochester NY were so cozy, comfortable and friendly—my stay there was just what I needed as I had to deal with some heartfelt, emotional times with friends and family. The fireplace and tea at night were perfect after a long day! Everyone was friendly and helpful! thank you so much for making my stay special!

For a public establishment that is powered and supportedby Niagra Falls, one would think that you could afford to light your guest rooms properly. The dim rooms and depressingly dim breakfast area signals a dreary stay for customers. Next time I will bring my own 100 watt bulbs or, better yet, choose another hotel.
