This hotel should be shut down it was aweful and I want a refund I called the hotel last week the day we left and no one has called back and I called the hotel chain and they to never responded. No one at desk to assist.

The first night was ok. The next morning we saw two roaches at different times. We didn't have any food or trash out. There was no one at the front desk because it was Saturday morning. I was finally able to reach someone on the phone but I had to talk with someone who wasn't even at the hotel. She told me someone would meet me at the front desk. I told the night manager, who was extremely understanding and she said she would let the manager know. I never saw or heard from the manager. The room had a musky smell, we bought a plug in air freshener. Something disappointing to us was that they don't have ice. Of course the roaches were a big downer.
