This hotel is very good, offering clean comfortable rooms, superior breakfast, superb dinner and cocktail service and fantastic customer service. This hotel is popular. It is has some items needing attention such as the phone in the room didn't work and only one of the two elevators was operating. The pool was out of order. Look past this, the service and food far outweigh these items. The shuttle service is superior. I must say that the staff here is excellent and well trained. I know it shows three stars but it is so welcoming and the food is so good it should be rated much higher They are a Hilton rewards hotel and I definitely will stay there when next I am in Boston. "I had an emergency layover in Boston MA."

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. First, on the booking website I wanted a room for 120 usd and I clicked on it, yet it gave me a room for 180 USD, what I noticed once the confirmation arrived. Second, I with another dozen of people were waiting outside in cold rain at the airport for more than an hour for the shuttle to show up, dozens of phone calls were made to the front desk the response was just another 10 minutes.. Third not only none of USB ports in the room was working, but neither the sockets under the lamps near the beds and lamps on the table. How can I charge a phone when everything in this “modern”world is dependent on digital devices I.e being a poison and being toxic?? I had to call a taxi, get to a nearest Best Buy to buy a charger and was charging my phone in the bathroom. Fourth when taking a shower there was no shampoo neither conditioner in the bathroom. By that time I have been up for more than 24 hours traveling. Overall one of the poorest experiences I had in a long time. And mind you I paid almost 200 usd for the night….. Overall would not recommend your hotel. Kind regards, Your disappointed customer.

"Clean and comfortable."

My only complaint was that the handheld showerhead wall attachment was broken. It was difficult to take a shower.. also the shower curtain kept blowing out of the tub enclosure getting the floor really wet. Annoying to say the least.
