Contractor insisted we had to leave our condo while they work. Myrna at the desk was very kind. She got us a nice room. It was 9:30 in the morning and she got us right in. The experience was pleasant as well as the nice breakfast buffet. On checkout a distinguished looking manager made it so easy. We spoke briefly in Spanish how easy he made our departure. He reminded of a CEO with his splendid appearance and excellent language skills. The staff saved the day for us. We had no place to go and the hotel took us in. We are very grateful to Myrna and that splendid looking Latino fellow. I only wish I could leave 10 stars.

Room fine, check in was easy! Pool was locked and you needed to go to check in for them to open! Water was murky and hot tub did not turn on and felt dirty! Breakfast was good!

Positive side, the room was good sized and clean. Down side, Room was not prepared when I got there, but they moved quickly. Added charge for parking was ridiculous. The conditioner was out in the shower and there was other missing items. Continental breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

"Not what I expected."

The room was very nice. It was spacious and clean. We did enjoy our stay however the pool area was not very clean. The water in the pool looked grey and so did the hot tub also the jets were broken. We booked this hotel specifically because it had those amenities so that was disappointing and they never put new towels in the pool area even when we asked a few different times. Also when we got down to breakfast in the morning at 8:00 there was no food. Dry cereal but no milk there was only one person working the breakfast and so she was running in and out of the kitchen she would bring the food (which was heated in a warmer or microwaved not actually cooked) out one tiny tray at a time then took ten more mins for the other food to be heated so you had to go up get eggs come back ten mins later for bacon then ten mins later for home fries everyone kept asking for what they needed milk yogurt bread which slowed everything down even more. So I give the breakfast there 0/10 and also the pool.
