Contractor insisted we had to leave our condo while they work. Myrna at the desk was very kind. She got us a nice room. It was 9:30 in the morning and she got us right in. The experience was pleasant as well as the nice breakfast buffet. On checkout a distinguished looking manager made it so easy. We spoke briefly in Spanish how easy he made our departure. He reminded of a CEO with his splendid appearance and excellent language skills. The staff saved the day for us. We had no place to go and the hotel took us in. We are very grateful to Myrna and that splendid looking Latino fellow. I only wish I could leave 10 stars.
