I work for a company that its employees travel a lot. They have a deal set up with this hotel chain for early check in, late check out and a special rate. I could not get my company rate, could not check in early, even though the hotel was empty and had to absolutely be out by 11am even though the place was desolate. The TV’s in the room were small and the public bathroom by the front desk stunk like death and had a code lock on it lol.

one Star Review: Not as Advertised – Very Disappointed I booked a stay at Comfort Inn Wixom expecting a comfortable and decent experience, but unfortunately, it was far from what was advertised. First off, the “free breakfast” was a joke — there was barely any food available and what little there was looked stale and unappetizing. Definitely not the full breakfast that was promised on their website. The room itself was disappointing. The linens were old, stained and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. To make matters worse, I found bugs in the room — completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer quality comfort. The level of cleanliness and upkeep here is simply not up to standard. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.
